Returns Policy
Effective Date: 5/29/2025
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. This can be obtained by emailing customerservice@nobucollection.com. Returns without RMA’s will not be processed.
- New, unopened products can be returned for full value within 30 days of delivery.
- Products not in their original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be distributed to the credit card used on the order, or as store credit.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
